Customer service in Shirt Hills is terrible- they act like they are doing you a favor even speaking with you and they make it obvious that they are not going to fix anything

silver mesh ring completely stretched out and is no longer ridgid It was purchased as sz 7 but is now too large for any of my fingers. The sales clerk treated me as if I was crazy and told me that I must have been forcing the ring onto my thumb! They would not even fix the link that had cracked.

They broke an earring back and refused to replace it.

I went to a Tiffany store today in Tampa Florida at the International Plaza. I left my diamond earrings to be cleaned while I shopped in the mall.

When I picked up my earrings one of the earring backs was broken and would not stay on the earring. When I dropped off the earrings the lady examined my earrings and could see that both studs were in great working condition. I asked for a replacement since it was not broken when I dropped off my earrings. I was told that I would have to purchase one for $120.00 plus tax.

($129.00). I have bought many pieces of jewelry over the years and have spent thousands of dollars at Tiffany. I am extremely upset with Tiffany for treating me this way. At this point I will never purchase another Tiffany product again.

I can't believe that Tiffany would treat a long time customer this way. I purchased the earring back because I felt as if I had no other choice, because I cannot wear the earring without a back on it.

I have a gold watch bought from Tiffany that was previously serviced by the King of Prussia store with no problem. The watch stopped running so I took it into the Indianapolis store. It was returned with Tiffany saying it could not be serviced as parts were not available. I contacted corporate customer service and was referred back to the Indianapolis store. Recently I took the watch to a reputable jeweler, NOT Tiffany, who changed the battery on the spot without charge. My watch is now running perfectly.

Tarnished bracelet

I bought a bracelet for my niece and it tarnished as if it were of the poorest quality. It was only a couple of hundred dollars but I didnt expect something from Tiffany to be of such bad quality. I have e bought other presents from your store in San Diego and never had any problems. Is there any recourse to remedy this? Thank you for your time.

Delayed Package

Ive never experienced the issues I have with this carrier Lasership. I was suppose to receive my package on 11/26/201 and it was delayed. Then it was suppose to arrive on 11/28/2021 and it didnt. So now theres no tracking information since 11/26/2021. Ive tried to contact their customer service and the automated system states the agent cant provide no other information than whats noted in tracking. This company lacks good quality customer service. This is why they make it difficult for customers to speak to anyone. They just dont care. I didnt have a choice who would deliver my package, but Im definitely not ordering anything that uses this company.

My husband gifted me a pendant for last of first valentines after wedding and I only wore it once and the color of silver turned black and it looks so bad now, worst than a dollar tree chain pendant for kids. Seriously I was so scared to say that to him and hide it in in my closet in its original packing and never wore it making excuses that I can’t find it in my things etc because I didn’t wanted my husband to feel bad or embarrassed as it was a surprise gift he ordered first time from Tiffany online from it’s official website 2yr back. But now I had courage to say it because my sentiments are more important and I want to wear it, the company should refund it. This gift have such value to me. They charge so much and have no quality. I had no Tiffany outlet in Michigan that was at drive near me so I could not reach them..... but please don’t surprise you wives with this type of product I must say. I didn’t use any perfume or any chemicals on it when wore once. It came fine and turned black within 2 months. Without using even. I will never take the same product back as refund they must pay me back with money of store credit or any way it’s useable. I don’t want to buy this kind of rip off products. I have plenty other gold and silver jewelry used for years and never such bad experience.

I just got off the phone with Darlene from Tiffany and Company. 2 days ago I ordered a Paloma's Graffiti music note pendant in sterling silver for my girlfriend for this upcoming Mother's day. I must not have been concentrating when I placed my original order because I selected the 3 day ground shipping which put my delivery date well after Mother's day. I called and spoke to Darlene in panic mode. She was friendly, professional and calm. She advised that I would need to re-order the pendant and that she would have the original package intercepted and my money refunded. She worked everything out without missing a beat. Anyone Lost a Tiffany piece of jewellery because of faulty clasp

I bought a bird on the rock brooch about at Christmas 2014. After a few wears, the pin got bent and didn't stay on. It dropped off but luckily I was at home and didn't lose it. I brought it back to Tiffany where they were supposed to have fixed it.

However during the next wear, which was at new year 2016 when in St Moritz, it dropped off again and was lost in the snow. I was very upset of course. And contacted the Singapore office where I had purchased the brooch. And received a non-committal reply.

I do like the brooch very much and was prepared to replace it after careful consideration for about 5 months. Last weekend I went into the shop prepared to spend about US30k on a brooch of the same design, the bird on the rock. I looked at the clasp and was testing it with my thumb when the whole pin bent and gave way...I was still in the shop! It was a good thing I did my 'thumb' test before I actually transacted.

I wonder whether there is anyone out there who has lost a piece of TIffany jewellery due to a faulty clasp. I would like your feedback on this. Tiffany will of course choose to ignore this till there are enough of us to make a consolidated claim.

You spent $35,000 on a pin and didn't insure it? The Tiffany made Schlumberger design "Bird on a Rock" pin is quite heavy and especially well made. Something doesn't ring true.

I have not lost my Tiffany bracelet yet but it does fall off randomly. I spoke to Tiffany Pasadena and was told basically too bad too sad.

I took it into a private jeweler who removed some links.

It felt secure for a while but I just found it in my car, not realizing it had fallen off. So frustrating.

I lost my tiffany bracelet without noticing it at all. I was wearing sleeveless dress and the bracelet also never been pulled by anything else, it just falls off randomly and gone for ever.I am so disappointed as a loyal customer of this brand. A bracelet worthy more than 3k sgd can be so badly designed.

I lost a padlock charm a week ago due to the same problem! Faulty charm.

It fell once In my car luckily I found it. The second time I wasn't so lucky.

It was lost

For good. The company should really stop ignoring the problems regarding their super expensive jewelry.

I got a small silver necklace with a bow on it for my high school graduation and just over a year after getting it the chain snapped. They basically told me tough *** I'm gonna have to pay to fix it, my friend who was there had the same issue and they didn't charge her, we talked to the manager and then they fixed it for free.

I have a bunch of things from Tiffany's and that was the first real problem and I didn't think anything of it. And then 3.5 months ago my boyfriend purchased me a small silver beaded bracelet with a pink enamel heart. And a couple weeks ago I noticed the pink enamel heart was coming off.

They replaced the bracelet for free. It's good that they replaced the items, but the fact that my boyfriend paid $215 for a bracelet and the enamel came off in less than 4 months is pretty *** quality for a huge "reputable" company

Enamel paint on Charms wears off

For Christmas 2014 my husband purchase the Tiffany Blue Box charm in sterling silver with Tiffany Blue enamel finish. about a month later the enamel started to fade away from the edges.

On April 2015 my husband bought me the Tiffany & Co.® Shopping bag charm in sterling silver with enamel finish. I was so exited that I had these two pieces and wanted to keep on getting my collection bigger. with in 15 days the enamel for the shopping bag started to wore off as well. I contact Tiffany & Co and they asked me to send them for repair.

a week later a customer representative calls that TIFFANY do not fix the enamel nor replace the charms and that there is nothing they can do for me. I am so upset and disappointed on their poor service is a real shame. Tiffany & Co are such a iconic industry and expensive and they do not back up the quality of their product. So disappointing...

I have almost spend over $1,500 in charms and bracelets.

I have had the shopping bag charm since Fall 2015 and the same thing happened to me. The enamel started coming off after less than a week.

It became so bad that I stopped wearing it & Tiffany’s was not helpful.

It cost $250 and I was only able to wear it for less than three weeks. Sadly it just sits in my jewelry box, because I hate to throw it away.

I also have the Tiffany Bag charm & the baked on enamel is so cheap...it wears off in no time without even wearing it all the time. Do they purposely have cheap enamel - so they make more on a repair?

If it was quality enamel in the first place - they wouldn't have to fix it. I am very disappointed with Tiffany & Co. My birthday is coming up & I don't want to buy another thing from them.

Tiffany as a company is horrid about customer service. I have had bith my daughters and my bean necklaces tarnish within days each and everytime they are cleaned.

We were told by staff to get them dipped in another metal? EXCUSE me? Now my new enamel candy charm lost all the enamel within a few months. Not a spot of enamel on it.

Contact customer service and they are a joke and as always they want money. Repaired my bean chain to be safe as they said it was stretched and could break anytime and that would help with tarnish issues.

Yes, it tarnishes faster now. TERRIBLE quality now.
