I went to a Tiffany store today in Tampa Florida at the International Plaza. I left my diamond earrings to be cleaned while I shopped in the mall.
When I picked up my earrings one of the earring backs was broken and would not stay on the earring. When I dropped off the earrings the lady examined my earrings and could see that both studs were in great working condition. I asked for a replacement since it was not broken when I dropped off my earrings. I was told that I would have to purchase one for $120.00 plus tax.
($129.00). I have bought many pieces of jewelry over the years and have spent thousands of dollars at Tiffany. I am extremely upset with Tiffany for treating me this way. At this point I will never purchase another Tiffany product again.
I can't believe that Tiffany would treat a long time customer this way. I purchased the earring back because I felt as if I had no other choice, because I cannot wear the earring without a back on it.

Anyone Lost a Tiffany piece of jewellery because of faulty clasp
I bought a bird on the rock brooch about at Christmas 2014. After a few wears, the pin got bent and didn't stay on. It dropped off but luckily I was at home and didn't lose it. I brought it back to Tiffany where they were supposed to have fixed it.
However during the next wear, which was at new year 2016 when in St Moritz, it dropped off again and was lost in the snow. I was very upset of course. And contacted the Singapore office where I had purchased the brooch. And received a non-committal reply.
I do like the brooch very much and was prepared to replace it after careful consideration for about 5 months. Last weekend I went into the shop prepared to spend about US30k on a brooch of the same design, the bird on the rock. I looked at the clasp and was testing it with my thumb when the whole pin bent and gave way...I was still in the shop! It was a good thing I did my 'thumb' test before I actually transacted.
I wonder whether there is anyone out there who has lost a piece of TIffany jewellery due to a faulty clasp. I would like your feedback on this. Tiffany will of course choose to ignore this till there are enough of us to make a consolidated claim.

They did give me another bracelet and I haven't worn it as much because I'm afraid the enamel will start peeling again
I have a bunch of things from Tiffany's and that was the first real problem and I didn't think anything of it. And then 3.5 months ago my boyfriend purchased me a small silver beaded bracelet with a pink enamel heart. And a couple weeks ago I noticed the pink enamel heart was coming off.
They replaced the bracelet for free. It's good that they replaced the items, but the fact that my boyfriend paid $215 for a bracelet and the enamel came off in less than 4 months is pretty *** quality for a huge "reputable" company
Enamel paint on Charms wears off
For Christmas 2014 my husband purchase the Tiffany Blue Box charm in sterling silver with Tiffany Blue enamel finish. about a month later the enamel started to fade away from the edges.
On April 2015 my husband bought me the Tiffany & Co.® Shopping bag charm in sterling silver with enamel finish. I was so exited that I had these two pieces and wanted to keep on getting my collection bigger. with in 15 days the enamel for the shopping bag started to wore off as well. I contact Tiffany & Co and they asked me to send them for repair.
a week later a customer representative calls that TIFFANY do not fix the enamel nor replace the charms and that there is nothing they can do for me. I am so upset and disappointed on their poor service is a real shame. Tiffany & Co are such a iconic industry and expensive and they do not back up the quality of their product. So disappointing...
I have almost spend over $1,500 in charms and bracelets.
