I just got off the phone with Darlene from Tiffany and Company.2 days ago I ordered a Paloma's Graffiti music note pendant in sterling silver for my girlfriend for this upcoming Mother's day.
I must not have been concentrating when I placed my original order because I selected the 3 day ground shipping which put my delivery date well after Mother's day. I called and spoke to Darlene in panic mode. She was friendly, professional and calm. She advised that I would need to re-order the pendant and that she would have the original package intercepted and my money refunded.
